We have been brewing according to the German Beer Purity Law since 1516 and therefore only use four ingredients: water, hops, malt and yeast. The ingredients have a significant impact on the taste of our beer, which is why we attach great importance to high-quality raw materials. The raw materials are carefully selected by us and are constantly checked. Our long-term cooperation with our suppliers also guarantees high quality. The careful use of resources and the gentle processing of our natural organic ingredients are of great importance to us.
